    Qualifications:

    Martinez Agency is looking for a driven and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll identify and engage potential clients, promote our bilingual marketing, branding, and web development services, and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Flexible schedule, remote work options, and unlimited earning potential through commission-based pay.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

    • Present and sell agency services to prospective clients.

    • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

    • Meet or exceed sales targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

    • Sales experience preferred but not required.

    Responsibilities:
    • Prospect and cold call potential clients to introduce our services and establish rapport

    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' branding, creative, and digital service requirements

    • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' specific needs

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business opportunities

    • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth project handoffs and exceed client expectations

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities



    Qualifications:
    •     Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the branding, creative, or digital services industry

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

    • A passion for creativity and innovation

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
