  • Sunny began her career in recruitment advertising at Job Guide in 1996, starting in sales, distribution, and administration roles before becoming CEO and owner in 2020. Martinez’s transition from Job Guide to Martinez Agency reflects her commitment to innovation and connections in the recruitment industry in Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri, and Tulsa Metro markets.   • Ethan began his career as a high school intern at Walmart Corporate at their InfoSec Governance & Decision Science Department, contributing to governance, IP, policy writing and implementation roadmaps. In August 2020, he founded Martinez Sports Cards, overseeing operations and driving a 500% increase in profits through strategic updates and allowed him to sell the business in 2024. As Vice President of Business Development at Martinez Agency, Martinez leads marketing campaigns,
    enhancing brand visibility and engagement along with content writing and research.
